oHo Taxis Supplier Portal

How it works

From a price request to being paid.

1. We ask you for a price

When we have a job near you, we email you: “New job offer … submit your price”. It shows the date and time, the flight or ship, the pickup and drop-off area, the passengers and the luggage.

We ask suppliers who cover the pickup first, nearest first, a few at a time. Keep your Coverage up to date in the portal so the jobs near you reach you first.

Before a job is yours you see the areas only, never the passenger's name, phone or exact address.

2. Name your price

Press View the job and name your price in the email. No sign-in is needed. You can also sign in to the portal and find the job under Price requests.

  • Your price is what we pay you, in full. We take no commission from it.
  • Include everything the job needs: meet & greet when the pickup is an airport or cruise terminal, and any baby seats booked. The offer tells you when these apply.
  • You can change your price until we give the job to a supplier.
  • Can't do it? Press Decline, so we can ask someone else straight away.
  • The link in the email works until the pickup (at most 7 days) or until the job is placed. It is just for you, so please don't forward it.

3. When you win the job

We email you “You've been awarded the job”. Sign in to the portal: under Jobsyou now see the passenger's name and phone and the exact addresses.

  • Assign one of your drivers to the job. Add your drivers and their cars under Drivers.
  • Update the job as it happens: On the way → Arrived → Passenger on board → Completed, so our office can see where things are.
  • If the job changes (a flight delay, a new time) we tell you. If you can no longer do a job you've been given, call us straight away on +44 207 118 0110.

4. Getting paid

  • We pay you the full price you quoted, or the price you agreed with our office.
  • For now, we pay each job on the day it is completed, by bank transfer. Later we will move to one payment a week, every Saturday. We will tell you before that changes.
  • We can only pay into the bank account in your portal. Add it under Bank before your first job.
  • Your jobs and payments are under Earnings and Statement.

5. Keep your account ready

  • Coverage: the postcode areas you work in, and your base and radius.
  • Drivers: each driver and their car, so you can assign them quickly.
  • Profile: phone, WhatsApp, and your meet & greet charges for each airport or port.
  • Documents: your operator licence and insurance, kept in date.
